Meet Charlotte Hughes

Charlotte Hughes brings a strong foundation in early childhood education and a deep passion for nurturing young learners to her role as Assistant Director at MBS Kids Academy. Her journey in the field began during high school at the YMCA, and in 2007, she officially launched her full-time career in early childhood education.

Charlotte has completed college coursework in Early Childhood Education and earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2015. After 14 successful years as a classroom educator, she transitioned to administrative leadership—first serving as an Administrative Assistant and now as our Assistant Director.

Charlotte’s dedication to building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff has made her a valued leader within our school community. Her warmth, professionalism, and collaborative spirit help create a positive and supportive environment for both children and team members.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
