As the Director of MBS Kids Academy, she brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to leadership, combining deep knowledge of curriculum development, staff mentoring, and family engagement.

Throughout her extensive career, Cecelia has worn many hats—teacher, curriculum developer, mentor, trainer, and administrator. Her leadership style is rooted in compassion, structure, and a commitment to creating a safe, inspiring, and developmentally rich environment for children to thrive.
