At MBS Kids, we don’t just employ “daycare workers”—we carefully select passionate educators who are dedicated to early childhood education. Our team is made up of professionals who feel called to nurture young minds and provide a safe, loving environment where children thrive.

Each member of our teaching staff is chosen with care, meeting rigorous criteria to ensure they align with our mission of fostering the mind, body, and strength of every child. Our selection process includes:

Educational Excellence: Teachers with a CDA (or currently pursuing one), Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degrees in early childhood education.
Proven Experience: Classroom knowledge and a strong background working with young children.
Thoughtful Observations: Working interviews and compatibility assessments with children and fellow staff.
Trusted Recommendations: References from previous supervisors and early education professionals.

My name is Ms. Maria, and I have 3 wonderful kids named Kevin, Abbie, and Ashelen. I’ve been in childcare for 5 years. I attended Argentina College for Education.

My goal in my classroom is to develop and encourage age-appropriate learning, while maintaining a safe environment for the children to grow and to teach them Spanish.

I love spending time with my family, creating new memories, and enjoying watching new TV shows. I look forward to seeing every child’s precious face here at MBS Kids each day.

My name is Ms. Marilu. I have 20 years of childcare experience with children of all ages. I am a mother of three and a grandmother.

My goal for the classroom is to make sure we have lots of activities in which the students can learn and grow from, never forget to have lots of fun, plus always share with their friends.
