Meet Tommi Johnson

Tommi Johnson serves as the Assistant Director at MBS Kids Academy, bringing 14 years of hands-on experience and a lifelong passion for early childhood education. Growing up in a home that doubled as a daycare, thanks to her mother’s work, Tommi developed a deep appreciation for nurturing environments and their lasting impact on children and families.

With a Director’s License, Tommi has strengthened her leadership skills, enabling her to support staff, maintain high-quality program operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Her own journey as a mother has further shaped her empathy, patience, and understanding of family needs.
