Meet Our Team

Michelle is a Native Texan. She has been committed to the Child Care industry for over 19 years. In 2001, Michelle obtained her Director Certification and began her career with after school students. Along with her Director Certification, Michelle also has an Associate’s Degree in General Studies and is currently attending Sam Houston State University for her Bachelor’s in Psychology. With her extensive knowledge and experience working with children and parents from diverse backgrounds, she is a valuable member of the MBS Kids team. Michelle is very excited to work closely with MBS Kids Early Learning Academy as their Center Director. She is enthusiastic about meeting and providing a nurturing environment to the families in our community. Fun Facts: Michelle is married to her wonderful husband, Kenneth Arriaga, and is the proud mom of four fur babies.
